ANDORRA is situated in Western Europe, bordered by France to the North and East, and Spain to the South and West. It is a mountainous country, and a popular centre for winter sports.

The capital, Andorra La Vella, and the adjoining spa town of Escaldes-Engordany are main tourist attractions, with the main ski resort at Soldeu.

The climate is temperate, with warm summers and cold winters. Rainfall throughout the year.
